Paul and Andy have done a brilliant job cleaning the gutters out (completely blocked), the soffits, fascias and windows and the conservatory and at a very competitive price. Spoke to Paul early on the Tuesday morning. Explained the situation and he arrived later the same day. When he arrived he got straight to work and kept me updated the whole time with photos. I've a;ways used Paul since moving into this house if i'm not in he will still come do a clean I can tell as soon as i get home he's been perfect job every time, I've had him do the gutters once last year as they needed it he also fixed a couple of clips and stopped the leaks on them. perfect job every time wouldn't use anyone else.read more

I requested a quote to clean windows and guttering but the latter was not cleaned. I did not realise that I had only agreed to a window clean although this is what I am now being told. In my view this was an expensive clean and I have had my windows cleaned for many years by different companies. I have however paid in full for my windows to be cleaned on the same day.
I would rather use someone else especially as I was threatened with being taken to take me to court on the same day as they did the job for non payment when i asked for the gutterings to be cleaned! As previously stated I thought this had been the original agreement.
I do not believe this to be a slanderous review but my opinion about facts as I believed they happened, surely this is what I believe a review should be? I understand now that the other party did not see our conversation about having windows and guttering cleaned in the same way. I have had messages sent to me by him (and his wife) regarding slander and have now been told further action will be taken if I do not remove this!

Reply to owner requesting Google to remove this review. - I have spent in excess of £80k over the past year renovating my home. I have had builders, plumbers, electricians, gas men , roofers, gardeners etc onto my property and paid all of them within 3 days of completing work. I am careful with money but will not ask workpeople to do things unless I can pay them and Pressure jet solutions have been paid in full in the same day that they did the work. I never expect anyone to do something for nothing or below a reasonable rate, we all have to make a living.
This is my first review of a tradesperson because I was upset with the job that was completed. I have paid the bill in full and £50 is nothing in comparison to my other invoices for work. I explained that I did not feel I had the finances at the moment to have a regular clean, as I said I am careful with money, but the main reason for requesting a quote was to clean my guttering. I repeated this several times, I can clean windows I live in a bungalow! I requested a quote to clean windows and guttering as a one off and this is what I thought I had been quoted when I agreed to the work being done.
I am telling the truth from my view and believe I have the right to give my opinion and that this is not slander.
