By expecting any services from Pressure Jet Solutions you have agreed to our Terms & Conditions  – Privacy Policy, Theses Terms are not exhaustive and are subject to additions and/or amendment at any time 

Service:  Window Cleaning

First Cleans are changed at the 8 weekly Clean price  + up to 50% more due to the extra time taken restoring glass frames sills. depending on the overall condition 

Schedule cleans are offered on 4 weekly or 8 weekly basis as standard, other schedule clean can be agreed by pressure jet solutions.

If you are on 4 weekly schedule clean and miss a clean your next clean will be charged at an 8 weekly clean

If you are on 8 weekly schedule clean and miss a clean your next  will be charged at an First Clean, 

Pricing are subject to annual reviews 

Weather Conditions, As we use water fed pole system which allows us to clean windows in all weather conditions always assume i will be cleaning your windows if we have text or contact you the day before clean. If the weather conditions gets too bad for us to clean we will notify you and cancel clean and reschedule.

Courtesy text messages are sent the day before next clean, these messages are not a invitation to cancel, 

We offer a 48 hours customers satisfaction guarantee on all window cleaning services, In the event of you being dissatisfied with you clean please notify Pressure Jet Solutions within 48 hours of clean and we be happy to re-visit and rectify the problems where possible,  If on re-visit and the problem is not our fault or inside or deflect in glass we will charge a min price of £10 . If we don’t hear from you with in the 48 hours it is presumed the clean was satisfactory.

We accept no responsibility for any damage to property such as pots and garden ornaments which is in the working area , Windows should be accessible to clean without moving things like plant pots and item on sills Theses items will be cleaned around to our best as we can do.

We accept no responsibility to scratches on glass as our brush is designed to clean glass without damage, or putty falling out, lead becoming unglued or sill and caps falling off
